In 2007, he did an exclusive fashion for my shop called Retro Flair. It was a limited edition of 150 pieces and retailed for $46.00.
In 2009, Randall did another exclusive fashion for my store, called Lady Day. It was a limited edition of 75 and retailed for $58.00.
Both fashions sold out fairly quickly and I was proud of the work that Randall put into both fashions.

Mary, could you explain the process of getting a company to produce an exclusive? Thanks.

It depends on which company and what their requirements may be- each company is different and then it becomes a business deal between the dealer and the respective company. For example, one company required a that a dealer achieve a certain level and that was their top tier dealers who spent a high dollar minimum in wholesale orders in 1 calendar year (usually over 6 figures), who would be able to apply for an exclusive with them. There could be other financial requirements too. Most exclusives require a decent sized deposit to get the item into production. In terms of the specifics of the exclusive, such as colors and design,those decisions involve confidential discusions between the two parties. It is a slow process and can take 6-12months.
